Rachel Arnold has over a decade of experience in administrative and human resource roles, currently serving as a Human Resource Analyst at the Florida Public Service Commission since October 2013. Prior to this position, Rachel held the role of Executive Assistant at the Florida Department of Children and Families from February 2013 to October 2013, and accumulated extensive experience at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from December 2001 to February 2013, where Rachel progressed through various positions including Administrative Assistant I, Staff Assistant, and Receptionist. Rachel Arnold holds an Associate's Degree from Tallahassee State College.
