Lynne Hernandez

Lynne Hernandez has extensive leadership experience in non-profit and association management, currently serving as the South Florida Regional Director for the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association since September 2005. In this role, Lynne leads initiatives in board recruitment, public policy advocacy, membership growth, and fundraising, achieving top sales performance for 12 consecutive years. Previous positions include Executive Director of NAMI Florida, where Lynne successfully expanded programs and funding, and leading the Starlight Children's Foundation in growing organizational reach across five states. Lynne has also held significant roles at Gilda's Club of South Florida, Miami Children's Hospital, and Junior Achievement, among others, consistently focusing on development, marketing, public relations, and community engagement throughout a distinguished career.
