Melissa Russo McGlynn is an experienced healthcare and wellness professional with a diverse background spanning several roles. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Florida Retina Institute® since February 2022, Melissa has also held positions as Triage Tech and Surgical Coordinator. Prior to this, Melissa managed operations and community education at Liberate Physician Centers, focusing on medical marijuana. With a strong foundation in health and wellness obtained from a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Jacksonville University, Melissa has worked as a Program Director and Certified Personal Trainer at YMCA of Florida's First Coast, emphasizing healthy lifestyles across various age groups.
