Jodi Henson

Jodi Henson has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Jodi is currently working as a Reward Builder Business Development at EE Incentives since August 2022. Prior to this, Jodi served as an Assistant Director at the Florida SBDC Network, starting in January 2016. Jodi also founded their own business, The Softer Side of Success, in June 2019, where they assisted aspiring entrepreneurs in defining and vetting their business ideas. From May 2013 to June 2016, Jodi worked as a Chair at Vistage Florida, facilitating CEO and executive think tanks. Before that, they were a Franchise Owner at Great Harvest Bread Company from March 2011 to May 2014. Jodi also held the position of Vice President at Incentium/VIPGift from July 2007 to February 2011, where they managed incentive and loyalty programs for corporate clients. Prior to that, they worked at BellSouth/AT&T from April 2005 to May 2007 as a Marketing Director and from January 2004 to April 2005 as the Director of Strategic Pricing. Earlier in their career, Jodi was the Director of Product Management at BellSouth Long Distance from June 1997 to December 2003 and a Program Manager at Sprint Telecommunications from May 1995 to June 1997.

Jodi Henson holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Marketing from Miami University. Jodi also has a Masters degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. In 2017, they completed the Google Blueprint program and obtained the Google Verifier certification. Jodi Henson also attended GIA (Gemological Institute of America) where they obtained a GG certification in Gemology. In addition, they have a certification in Learning Personal Branding from LinkedIn, which they obtained in December 2020.
