David Fejer

David Fejer is an experienced professional in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant at Florida National High Adventure Sea Base, Boy Scouts of America since January 2022. Prior to this, David worked as a Sales Associate for the Boy Scouts of America and held various roles at Illinois State University, including Lifeguard and Admissions Ambassador. Additionally, David has extensive experience in aquatic safety and education, having served as Waterfront Director at Crystal Lake Scout Reservation, where certification trainings were administered, and water safety classes were taught. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Facilities Management from Illinois State University.
