Melanie Ulrich is a seasoned academic and researcher with extensive experience in microbiology and biology. Currently serving as a Professor at Florida SouthWestern State College since August 2012, Melanie Ulrich previously held roles as an Independent Consultant at Tastefully Simple from October 2011 to December 2015, and as a Research Scientist at USAMRIID from May 2010 to August 2012. Prior to these positions, Melanie Ulrich was the Biotechnology Program Coordinator at Hagerstown Community College from August 2007 to November 2010 and served as a Principal Investigator at USAMRIID from July 2001 to August 2007. Melanie Ulrich earned a Ph.D. and a M.S. in Microbiology from Clemson University between 1999 and 2001 and from 1997 to 1999, respectively, and holds a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University, completed in 1996.
