Pamela Peters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both academia and commercial banking. Currently serving as a Professor and Adjunct Professor in the Human Services Department at Florida SouthWestern State College since January 2012, Pamela teaches courses in Alcohol and Other Drugs, Treatment, and Behavioral Modification. Previously, Pamela held the position of Vice President at Busey from July 2015 to September 2018, focusing on business development and client services within commercial banking. Prior to that, Pamela served as Senior Vice President at SunTrust Bank from 1997 to 2010, taking on multiple roles including Regional Commercial Banking Specialist for Medical Practices and SW Florida Commercial Team Leader. Pamela's career began at Barnett Bank Of Lee County, where Pamela served as Vice President from 1987 to 1995. Pamela holds a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Florida Gulf Coast University.
