Susan Bronstein has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Susan currently serves as the Chief Human Resources & Organizational Development Officer at Florida SouthWestern State College, a position they have held since July 2019. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Human Resources at the same college, where they provided leadership and direction for the college's human resource functions. Throughout their career, they have also held positions such as Executive Director of Human Resources and College-wide Safety at Jamestown Community College, Director of Corporate Training at Niagara County Community College, and Director of Human Resources at Brothers of Mercy.
Susan Bronstein obtained their M.B.A. degree in Business from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, between 1991 and 1994.
