Tammy Caraker, Ed.D, currently serves as the Director of Accelerated Pathways at Florida SouthWestern State College, a position held since June 2023. Previously, from August 2001 to June 2023, Tammy Caraker worked in various roles within Collier County Public Schools, including oversight of nearly $100 million in Federal and Competitive funding as the Director of Federal, State and Competitive Grants, and roles such as Associate Superintendent and High School Principal. Transitioning from the School District of Lee County, where beginning as a Business Education Teacher, Tammy Caraker accumulated extensive experience in educational leadership and administration. Tammy Caraker holds an Ed.D in Organizational Leadership, along with several other advanced degrees from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Teacher Education from the University of South Florida.
