Paxton Howell

Paxton Howell has extensive experience in operations management and maritime roles, currently serving in the Maritime position with the Florida State Guard since November 2024. Prior to this, Paxton held various management positions at RTI Surgical® from March 2021 to January 2025, including Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor, after serving in similar roles at the same company from August 2007 to September 2018. Paxton's experience also includes a notable tenure at Bass Pro Shops as a Group Sales Manager and several leadership positions from September 2018 to March 2021. Earlier career roles were at Webbs Auto Service as a Keyholder, Mark Webb Construction in a part-time capacity, and Webbs Automotive as a Mechanic. Paxton holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Polk State College, completed between 2005 and 2007, and is a graduate of Lake Gibson Senior High School.
