Christine Mokher

Christine Mokher is a James A. Shanks Endowed Professor and Professor of Higher Education at Florida State University, where Christine has been employed since August 2017. Prior to this role, Christine served as an Associate Professor of Higher Education and Senior Research Scientist at CNA Corporation from July 2008 to April 2025, acting as Principal Investigator on various research projects, including the assessment of the Florida College and Career Readiness Initiative. Christine's early career includes positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at Vanderbilt University from 2005 to 2008 and as a Fellow in the Presidential Management Fellowship Program at Harvard University from 2004 to 2005. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Education in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
