David's earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Chief of Police and Interim Police Chief at Clemson University from June 2003 to December 2006 and as Director and Chief of Police at Albany State University from June 1997 to May 2003. David earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Albany State University, attending from 2004 to 2006.
