Dennis Schnittker

Dennis Schnittker is the Assistant Vice President for University Communications at Florida State University. Dennis was previously a video journalist, reporter, and videographer for various news outlets, including WCTV-TV Channel 6 and Local 5 News We Are Iowa (WOI-DT). Schnittker is an award-winning sports reporter and multimedia journalist, and has covered college athletics at Florida State and Florida A&M Universities. Dennis has also worked as an alternate sports anchor for weeknight and weekend newscasts. In addition to their work in journalism, Schnittker has also supplied footage to national networks as a news videographer, covering such events as the 1993 Midwestern floods.

Dennis Schnittker has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from Iowa State University and a degree from Florida State University.
