Philip Kraemer

Philip Kraemer serves as the Information Security Training Coordinator and Change Manager at Florida State University since April 2015, focusing on the assessment and delivery of IT security and privacy training related to HIPAA, FERPA, and PCI DSS, while also contributing to the Disaster Recovery Program. Prior experience includes roles as an Adjunct Professor at Flagler College, teaching Data Management and Human Resource Management, and various positions at Xerox, where responsibilities encompassed program and project management in training course development. Kraemer’s career also includes significant roles in the U.S. Army, such as Instructor/Writer/Knowledge Manager at the Warrant Officer Career College and Legal Administrator for the 1st Infantry Division, which involved overseeing technology support and legal administration.
