Rachel Ward

Rachel Ward is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in academic advising and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Academic Advisor at Florida State University since March 2017, Rachel focuses on guiding students in their academic journeys. Prior experience includes roles as a Member Services Representative and Training Associate at WellDyneRx, where responsibilities included managing member and pharmacy inquiries and training new staff. Additionally, Rachel has served as a Secretary at HealthMarkets and worked as a Musician and Music Instructor, providing violin and piano lessons while performing at weddings. Rachel's career began as a Receptionist at Ertl Custom Homes. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree with minors in music technology and religion from Southeastern University.
