Tom Doughty

Tom Doughty is an accomplished professional in enterprise security architecture and program management, currently serving as the Program Director for Enterprise Security Architecture at Florida State University. With expertise in both security and management, Tom co-founded D3 Air and Space Operations, Inc., where roles included Program Management Director and IT Project Manager. Prior experience includes key positions such as Manager of MQA Application Development and Support at the Florida Department of Health, and Director of Information Systems (Chief Information Officer) at the Executive Office of Florida Governor Rick Scott. Tom holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
