Joaquin Baez, CSSGB, PMP

Joaquin Baez has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Joaquin started their career at Eaton, where they worked as a Junior Engineer from October 2011 to July 2014. In this role, they focused on continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and monitored metrics related to yield, scrap, productivity, and efficiency. Joaquin also determined the man load for manufacturing lines and provided necessary equipment and tools.

From July 2014 to February 2016, Joaquin served as a Production Supervisor at Eaton. Joaquin was responsible for planning daily production, maintaining ISO9000 quality standards, and achieving targets for non-stock performance, load plan, fill rate, and scrap reduction.

In 2016, Joaquin moved to JL Audio, Inc. as a Production Supervisor for a brief period from March to July. Joaquin then joined Arnet Pharmaceutical Corp, where they worked in various roles. From July 2016 to September 2018, they worked as an Industrial Engineer, responsible for improving manufacturing processes and implementing EBS tools to control production flow. Following this, from September 2018 to August 2019, they served as a Maintenance & Facilities Manager, and from August 2019 to October 2022, they held the position of Manufacturing & Engineering Manager at Arnet Pharmaceutical Corp.

Currently, Joaquin is the Director of Operations at Florida Supplement, a role they started in October 2022.

Joaquin Baez, CSSGB, PMP received their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 2013. Joaquin further pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In December 2016, Joaquin obtained the SCPro Fundamentals Comprehensive Certification from CSCMP and the Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters. More recently, in November 2020, they completed the Certified Project Manager (CPM) program offered by Cornell University. Additionally, Joaquin achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2021.
