Michael Shur

Michael Shur is a Senior Software Developer at Florida Virtual School since March 2013, where responsibilities include leading a new software development team focused on innovative educational solutions. Prior roles at FLVS encompass Software Developer, where leadership was provided for the development of an in-house Electron app, and Web Development Specialist, contributing to the interactive functionality of courses. Prior to FLVS, Michael gained experience as a Web Designer/Web Developer at the American Lung Association, focusing on graphic and web design for various media, and held internships at WFTV and the American Lung Association of Florida, Central Area. Educational qualifications include a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Central Florida and an AA in Fine Art from St. Petersburg College.
