Tim O'Donahoe has been working in the customer care and call center management field for several years. At OneBlood, Tim currently oversees three call center locations in Charlotte, St. Pete, and Orlando. Prior to their current role, Tim worked at AT&T for many years, where Tim managed various product groups including International Billing, Prepaid Card, Instant Open Network, and WorldNet. Tim also analyzed revenue discrepancies and implemented strategies to increase revenue for the company.
