Doug Mayberry

Doug Mayberry is an experienced supply chain management professional with a strong background in materials management and production planning. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Manager at Florida's Natural Growers since February 2018, Doug is responsible for material and production planning across a multi-plant food packing operation, managing a team of schedulers to optimize production schedules and ensure timely raw material deliveries. Previously, Doug held various leadership roles at Lear Corporation from October 2000 to February 2018, including Materials Manager for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 JIT automotive plants, overseeing materials, purchasing, planning, and logistics, as well as Production Manager, where Doug directed production operations with significant team oversight. Doug holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from DeVry University.
