Dilara Aykanat Yavuz

Dilara Aykanat Yavuz is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational development, learning, and employer branding. Currently serving as the Organizational Development and Learning Manager at FLORMAR, Dilara has previously held roles including Senior Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Assistant Manager within the same organization. Prior to FLORMAR, Dilara worked at Deloitte Turkey as an HR Business Partner - Senior Specialist and at Ekol Logistics, contributing significantly to employer branding initiatives and internal communication.
