Enrico Zanon

Enrico Zanon is an accomplished finance and HR professional with extensive experience spanning over 18 years in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Finance and HR Director at Flos since September 2025, Zanon previously held several significant positions at KIKO MILANO, including North America Finance Director and U.S. Country Director from September 2019 to September 2025. Other notable positions include Chief Corporate Officer at Lifestyle Design, and Controller and Treasurer for Geox's US operations, where responsibilities included financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management. Zanon also worked as a Subsidiaries Controller at MASCHIO GASPARDO and in various junior controller roles at Diesel Kid and Morellato Spa. Zanon holds a Master's degree in Economics from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia and studied at Københavns Universitet.
