Hazelle Romulo has worked in the customer service and software engineering industry since 2008. Hazelle began their career as a Quality Inspector at SPi Technologies in 2008, where they were responsible for analyzing data and recommending program/tool improvements. In 2017, they joined Kinpo Electronics (Philippines), Inc. as a Software QA Engineer, where they conducted software testing on Windows/macOS/Linux Platforms and Mobile App testing. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Service Operations Specialist at Floship since 2020.

Hazelle Romulo attended Laguna State Polytechnic University - Santa Cruz (Main Campus) from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology.
