Joanna Mendoza has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Joanna began as an Administrative Assistant at the Manila International Airport Authority in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Passenger Service Agent at Thai Airways International. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Quantrics Enterprises Inc. as an Inbound Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative. Joanna also worked at Floship in 2020 as a Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Service Executive. Currently, they are a Digital Content Creator, creating Videos and Photos for brands and posting them on their Social Media Accounts, mainly focusing on Tiktok. Joanna also acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all projects fit the brands style and voice.

Joanna Mendoza received their Bachelor's degree in AB Aviation Major in Tourism from the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, Villamor Air Base, Pasay City in 2018. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Dangerous Goods Professional (CDGP) certification from Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions, Inc (PAGSS).
