Matilda Freelove

Matilda Freelove is an experienced media professional specializing in live event production and cinematography. Currently serving as an Associate Producer and Camera Operator at FloSports since July 2022, Matilda excels in capturing key moments for prestigious events such as Drum Corps International and the Texas Marching Classic. Previous roles include a Student Media Assistant at Bearkat Sports Network, where responsibilities ranged from Technical Director to Audio Mixer for various athletic broadcasts, and a Video Intern for Sam Houston Bearkat Football. Additionally, Matilda gained experience in event operations during Super Bowl LVII and led a production team as the Lead Director for TEDxSHSU. Matilda holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Sam Houston State University.
