Carol Goodall

Carol Goodall is an experienced marine construction package engineer currently supporting T&I and ports strategies for INTOG floating wind projects at Flotation Energy since December 2023. Previously, Carol served as a project manager for marine operations at K2 Management, providing technical advice for the offshore wind industry from March 2018 to November 2023. Prior roles include project engineer positions at Seaway 7 and Seaway Heavy Lifting, where responsibilities encompassed installation engineering and managing subcontracts for significant offshore wind projects. Early career experience includes working as a senior project engineer at Subsea 7, an engineer at ANDRITZ HYDRO HAMMERFEST, and a renewable energy consultant at SgurrEnergy. Carol holds a degree in Ship Science, Naval Architecture from the University of Southampton.
