Matt D. Wilks

Matt D. Wilks joined Flotek’s Board of Directors in June 2022 bringing extensive insight and experience in oil related services to the Board.

Mr. Wilks currently serves as the Executive Chairman at ProFrac Holding Corp., an innovative group of portfolio companies primarily focused on the oil and gas industry. He also serves as President & Chief Financial Officer of ProFrac Services LLC in addition to his role of President of USWS Holdings LLC and President & Director at ProFrac Holdings LLC.

Previously, Mr. Wilks held the position of Executive Vice President at Wilks Masonry LLC, Portfolio Manager at Wilks Brothers LLC, Vice President at VERTEX Solutions, Inc. and Vice President-Logistics at FTS International, Inc.

Mr. Wilks has served as a Director at Approach Resources, Inc., an E & P company focused on the exploration, development and production of unconventional oil and gas resources in the United States.
