Kate Murray currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Lead Counsel at Flourish, a position held since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Broker-Dealer Compliance at BlackRock from May 2017 to June 2019, and Vice President of Securities Division Compliance at Goldman Sachs from February 2014 to April 2017. Kate has also gained experience as a legal extern with the US Securities and Exchange Commission in 2011, the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General in 2010, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in 2010. Early career experience includes work with MF Global in the Fixed Income Relative Value Group from February 2004 to February 2008. Kate holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, educational background includes attendance at The Peddie School.
