Sarah Raji

Sarah Raji is an experienced professional in the actuarial and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Insurance Partnerships Lead at Flourish since May 2022. Prior to this, Raji held the position of Head of Annuity Innovation & Development at MassMutual from March 2021 to May 2022, and served as AVP of the Annuity Innovation Lab at Lincoln Financial Group from July 2012 to March 2021, focusing on new business development and innovative consumer outreach strategies. Raji's extensive experience also includes roles at The Hartford, where significant contributions were made to Fixed Index Annuity product development and pricing. Raji's educational background encompasses a Master's degree in Mathematics with a focus on Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Roger Williams University.
