Thea Katz is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in developing and enhancing digital platforms. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Flourish since September 2022, Thea is instrumental in creating user-friendly technology for financial advisors and clients. Previously, Thea held senior product manager roles at Ordergroove and Infor, where responsibilities included leading product development for mobile applications and improving user experience for various software solutions. Earlier career experiences at MRM//McCann, Scripps Networks Interactive Inc., Thomson Reuters, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, and Madison Square Garden involved strategic marketing, project management, and digital content creation. A graduate of Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Thea Katz combines a strong technical background with a focus on user-centered design and effective marketing strategies.
