Raana Kashi

Raana Kashi currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at Flourish Agenda, Inc. since December 2022. Previously, Raana held the position of Senior Director at the NYC Department of Education's Office of Equity and Access from February 2016 to November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Henry Street Settlement, where Raana oversaw multiple supervisory roles including Social Work Coordinator, Director of Adolescent Educational Services, and Director of Middle School Initiatives from 2011 to 2015. Earlier in Raana's career, a role as a Social Worker was held at Uncommon Schools from July 2009 to June 2011. Raana obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University - Columbia School of Social Work between 2005 and 2007 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Temple University from 2001 to 2005.
