Obi Felten

Obi Felten has a diverse work experience in various industries and organizations. Currently, they are the Founder/CEO of Flourish Labs, a company that aims to make mental health support affordable and accessible through technology. Obi is also a Board Member of Marathon Health, a leading primary care clinic provider for employers. Furthermore, Obi serves as a Special (Venture) Partner at Vitruvian Partners, where they work with the healthcare and tech teams on deal due diligence and introducing them to US-based founders. Obi is an Advisory Board Member of the Best for You youth mental health initiative at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Obi has also served on the Supervisory Board of Springer Nature, a global publisher of scientific journals, and as a Founding/Interim Board Member of the Healthy Brains Global Initiative (HBGI), a mental health research initiative. Additionally, they have been a Strategic Advisory Board Member at the Wellcome Trust, focusing on mental health. Obi has served as a Board Member for BfB Labs, a social tech startup working on digital therapeutics for youth mental health, and for Picasso Labs (now CreativeX), an image analytics startup. Prior to their current roles, they were the Head of getting moonshots ready for contact with the real world at X, the moonshot factory, Alphabet's project incubator.

From 1991 to 1994, Obi Felten attended Oxford University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Psychology.
