The Management and Support team at Flourish & Thrive Academy ensures the seamless operation and growth of the organization. The Programs Manager oversees course development and implementation, the Project Manager coordinates timelines and resources, and the Operations Support Assistant handles day-to-day administrative tasks. The Business Manager/Certified Accountant manages finances and strategic planning, while the CSR/EA focuses on customer service and executive assistance tasks.
