Rachna Saralkar

Rachna Saralkar, MD, MS, is a seasoned physician investigator specializing in neuropsychiatry, currently serving as a Physician Investigator in Clinical Research at Flourish Research since January 2025. Rachna holds advisory roles at Hope Platform and iFocus Health, and previously completed a policy fellowship at inseparable, focusing on mental health policy and advocacy. With extensive experience as a psychiatrist, Rachna worked at COMPREHENSIVE PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES and Deliberate AI, where Rachna contributed to AI-driven mental healthcare solutions.
