Sara Collins

Sara Collins, MD, FACC, is an experienced interventional cardiologist currently serving as Medical/Site Director at Flourish Research and Medical Director at Flourish Research Bowie since August 2023. With a strong background in cardiology, Collins has held positions at Chesapeake Cardiac Care since March 2020 and at Capital Cardiology Consultants, P.C. from September 2012 to March 2020. As a co-founder of both Capital Research Institute, LLC and TellMyDocs, LLC, Sara Collins has contributed to innovative health care solutions, particularly in connecting providers and patients. Educational credentials include interventional cardiology and general cardiology fellowships from Georgetown University/MedStar Washington Hospital Center, an internal medicine residency from the University of Maryland, and an MD from Meharry Medical College, along with a BA in Biology from Brown University.
