Shannon Taylor is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at Flournoy Construction Group since July 2020, with prior experience as a Project Manager at McShane Construction Company from 2014 to 2020. Taylor’s extensive background includes significant roles at The Habitat Company as Facilities and Capital Construction Manager and Related Midwest as Project Manager, overseeing multiple construction and asset management projects. Key responsibilities throughout the career encompass plan review, estimating, bid analysis, contractor selection, and quality assurance among various construction types, including multifamily developments and affordable housing. Education includes a Masters of Science in Historic Preservation from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati.
