Amit Ishairzay

Amit Ishairzay has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Amit started their career as a Junior Software Developer at Digital Bazaar, Inc. in 2015, where they focused on innovating in the realm of web payment and identity systems. In this role, they were involved in the development of prototypes for a web payment and identity system, leveraging decentralized identifiers (DIDs) and identity providers (IDPs) to enhance privacy and control for end-users.

In 2016, Amit joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on building highly distributed, secure, and reliable systems. Amit had a specific focus on business-critical security-focused distributed systems that could handle high-traffic and high-transaction processing. Notably, they were part of a team that designed and implemented a web-based SSH client using JavaScript and Node.

In 2021, Amit co-founded Zay Codes, a Blockchain development shop that mainly focused on the Flow Blockchain. As a Founder, they built and managed a development team, overseeing client relations, technical direction, vision, client work, and greenfield product development. Amit secured contracts with five clients to build unique applications on the Flow Blockchain, taking responsibility for customer requirements, back-end design, UX/UI development, writing smart contracts, and deploying applications to production. Zay Codes was acquired by Dapper Labs in 2022.

In 2022, Amit joined Dapper Labs as a Senior Software Engineer II, having been acquired through the Zay Codes acquisition. Amit serves as a technical lead for the Flow Growth team, tasked with accelerating the growth of the Flow Blockchain. Their responsibilities include driving partnerships with top-tier IP owners/companies, building and iterating developer tools and products, and enhancing the Flow ecosystem.

Additionally, in 2022, Amit also worked as a Software Engineer at Flow Blockchain.
