David Francis

David Francis is an accomplished Senior SQL Database Administrator with extensive experience across multiple organizations, including Flow Control Group, Global-e, and IBM. Currently part of the Data Management and Analytics team at Flow Control Group, David specializes in managing enterprise-class database technologies, data ingestion, cleansing, migration, and automation. Previous roles have included mentoring junior staff, providing support to developers and QA engineers, and actively improving database performance and functionality at Global-e, NASCO, and other companies. David holds a Master's Degree in Information Sciences with a focus on Database and Web Technology from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Penn State University.
