Ryan Platt

Ryan Platt has a diverse work experience in corporate development, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Ryan is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Flow Control Group, where they focus on acquiring profitable flow control, process, and automation solution providers. Prior to that, Ryan worked at ITOCHU International Inc. where they held various roles, including Senior Manager and Manager of Corporate Development and Strategy, leading M&A activities and managing portfolio companies. Additionally, they served as a Board Observer at Multiquip Inc., NAES Corporation, Avidex, and Enprotech Corp. Ryan also worked as an Associate at Eureka Capital Partners, specializing in mid-market mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in their career, Ryan gained experience as an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Drexel University and as an Analyst at Champion Accountants, where they focused on audits and preparing statutory accounts.

Ryan Platt has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Drexel University - LeBow College of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Economics from Georgia Southern University. In addition to their degrees, they hold the Series 63 and Series 79 certifications issued by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
