Phil Pejovich

Phil leads Flow Control Holdings, which he created in November 2018. As CEO, his role focuses on investing in acquisitions of great companies, as well as great people.

Phil has a diverse set of experiences, from leading innovative startups, to building Asian businesses while based in Shanghai, to leading large multi-billion-dollar businesses at Pentair and Whirlpool. Core to his beliefs and training are delighting customers through innovation and service, while creating an environment of high engagement for his employees.
