Makoto Matsuura

Makoto Matsuura is an experienced engineer specializing in data center infrastructure and nuclear facility maintenance. Currently serving as an Engineer in Technical Management at FLOW Digital Infrastructure since September 2025, Matsuura has transitioned through various roles, including Solutions Engineer at CyrusOne, where involvement focused on hyper-scale data center projects, and Mechanical Commissioning Engineer at Bureau Veritas Primary Integration, emphasizing commissioning activities for mission-critical systems. Previous experience includes a managerial role at The Japan Atomic Power Company, overseeing maintenance teams, and a stint as Technical Programme Manager at the World Association of Nuclear Operators, handling safety analyses for nuclear reactors globally.
