Mary Faith Arca has a diverse work experience in multiple industries. Mary Faith started as a System Administration Trainee at Wizzard Technologies, Inc. in 2017 and later worked as a Customer Service Representative at Philippine Airlines. In 2018, they joined UnionBank of the Philippines as a Cash Management Specialist, where they managed cash flow and collaborated with banks. Mary Faith then transitioned to the role of an IT Officer at Action.Able, Inc., where they provided technical support, managed networks, and maintained hardware and software. Most recently, Mary worked as an Information Technology Specialist at Pacific Data Resources (Asia), Inc. and Flow Health, gaining experience in database management, network security, cloud services, and system architecture.

Mary Faith Arca attended Central Philippine University from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Network and System Administration/Administration. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including CCNA R&S: Connecting Networks, CCNA R&S: Introduction to Networks Training, CCNA R&S: Routing and Switching Essentials, CCNA R&S: Scaling Networks, Getting Started: Get Connected, and IT Essentials: PC Hardware and Software from Cisco Networking Academy in July 2019. Mary Faith also obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate certification in Security Fundamentals and Windows Server Administration Fundamentals from Microsoft in October 2016, as well as the Microsoft Networking Fundamentals certification in December 2015. Furthermore, they completed the TESDA - NCII Computer Hardware and Software Servicing program offered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority in November 2015.
