Bradley Caudle has a diverse work experience. Bradley started their career in 2009 as a Combat Engineer in the Army National Guard, where they served until 2015. In 2012, they worked as a Salesperson at Sheetz before moving on to become a Tax Preparer at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. from 2014 to 2016. In 2013, they also worked as a Residential Staff at Children's Center of Surry.

In 2015, Bradley joined Leonard Buildings and Truck Accessories as an Assistant Manufacturing Engineer, a role they held until 2018. Bradley then worked at American Bullnose Company as a Manufacturing Engineer from 2018 to 2019. Following that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories from 2019 to 2020.

Currently, Bradley is employed at Flow International since 2020. Bradley started as a Field Services Engineer in 2020 and later transitioned into a Technical Service Engineer role in 2022.

Additionally, Bradley served as a Firefighter at South Surry Fire Department from 2017 to 2018.

Bradley Caudle completed a certification program in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Basic) at Surry Community College in 2018. In 2019, they began pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, starting in 2018 and ongoing until 2022, Caudle is also pursuing another AAS degree in Accounting and Finance at Surry Community College.
