Marie Otake has diverse work experience in various industries. Marie started their career at Luxottica Group, where they quickly progressed from a sales associate to a store manager. Their achievements include exceeding sales goals, executing store openings, and revitalizing stores through hiring strong talent and increasing sales. Marie also assisted the Regional Manager with recruiting for multiple stores and received cross-training in Optical Retail.

Marie then joined Aeropostale as an Assistant Store Manager, where they managed a team of 20 and was responsible for store merchandising and daily operations. Marie achieved store goals, maintained inventory levels, and organized monthly floorsets.
