Mark McClain began their work experience in 1993 as a Datacomm Analyst II for Washington Mutual Bank. Mark then worked as a Senior Technical Consultant for MCI Communications from 1994 to 1998, providing technical sales support for corporate national account customers. From 1998 to 1999, Mark served as a Technical Consultant III for Qwest Communications, offering pre-sale technical support to national account customers. Mark joined GST Telecom in 1999 as a Senior Sales Engineer/Regional SE Manager, providing technical sales support for various products and supervising sales engineers in the PNW region.
In 2000, Mark worked as a Project Mgr/Sr Systems Engineer for Colo.Com, where they managed pre- and post-sale technical support and project management for the largest customer. Mark then joined Touch America in 2001 as a Senior Sales Engineer, providing technical and project support to the sales organization and customers.
Mark joined Integra Telecom in 2003 as a Sales Engineer, responsible for pre-sale technical support and customer site surveys. Mark then worked for WTI, LLC as a Sales Engineering Manager from 2006 to 2007, overseeing sales engineering efforts and providing technical support for customer issues and IT support.
In 2007, Mark joined SPAYTH Management Corporation as a Senior IT Project Consultant, specializing in information technology, networks, and telecommunications consulting. Mark provided management consulting in the areas of project management, technology, and business until 2010. Mark then joined Flow International in 2009, initially serving as the Manager of North America User Support Services. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Senior Systems Engineer, where they still work currently.
Mark McClain attended La Jolla High School from 1972 to 1974. Following their graduation, they pursued higher education at San Diego Mesa College from 1974 to 1976. At San Diego Mesa College, Mark focused on studying General and Criminal Justice.
