Peter Delatour Jr.

Peter Delatour Jr. currently serves as the Regional Leasing Manager at Flow, with a focus on managing community operations since December 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Leasing Manager at Bozzuto from August 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities involved overseeing a sales and marketing team for a 555-apartment property and facilitating organization projects during property takeovers. Prior to that, Peter worked as an Inside Sales Agent at BEX Realty, prospecting real estate buyers and serving as a liaison between clients and agents. An internship at Marist College provided experience in managing student workers and coordinating housing initiatives. Peter also played Division 1 football, earning accolades such as the 2016 PFL & ECAC Defensive Rookie of the Year and participating in the 2019 D1 FCS All Star Bowl. Peter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Business Marketing from Marist College.
