Moritz then moved on to work as an Editorial Partnerships Manager at Universal Music GmbH. Following this, Moritz served as a Senior Project Manager at Schubert Music Agency. Moritz then joined We Are Era, where Moritz worked their way up from Artist Manager to Team Lead Artist Management and finally to Artist Management & Talent Strategy. Currently, Moritz is the Head of Talent at FLOW media company GmbH.
