Faith Clements has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Faith Clements started their career as a Management Accountant at Vacu Lug Traction Tyres from 1998 to 2001. Faith Clements then worked as a Management Accountant at INTERMOTOR in 2001 and as a Management Accountant at ARTFORM INTERNATIONAL LIMITED in 2002.

Following this, Faith joined Aon Captive Insurance Management Ltd as a Client Accountant, where they managed the financials of Danish and European organizations' captive insurance companies. Faith Clements also handled complex investment portfolios, audit management, and annual financial report production. Faith continued working at Aon Captive Insurance Management Ltd, this time managing Isle of Man registered captive insurance companies of large UK PLC organizations. Faith Clements'sresponsibilities remained the same throughout their tenure.

In 2009, Faith transitioned to Quest Insurance Management and STM Fidecs Insurance Managers, both as a Client Accountant. In these roles, they managed the financial aspects of Gibraltar registered large UK Motor insurers. This included financial accounting, management, and reporting of complex investment portfolios.

Faith then joined Codan Forsikring in 2012 as a Capital Management Consultant. Faith Clements was involved in Solvency II reporting, capital risk management, stress and scenario reporting system setup, and implementation. Faith Clements also managed projects related to ORSA, P&L validation, and USE testing. In 2014, they took on the role of Capital Management & Internal Governance Consultant at Codan Forsikring, where their responsibilities expanded to include capital risk result testing and regulatory actuarial base calculations.

Faith now works at Flow Neuroscience as an Accountant, starting in 2021.

Faith Clements has a diverse education history in the field of Pilates and movement theory. In 2019, they attended the www.dendanskepilatesskole.dk, where they pursued a degree in Classic Comprehensive Pilates Instruction. During this program, Faith focused on applied professional training in movement theory science and practical application.

In 2020, Faith enrolled in a course at The Vertical Workshop, specializing in Pilates Rehabilitation for the Rotated & Twisted Pelvis. This course provided their with specialized knowledge and skills to address and correct specific pelvic issues within a Pilates context.

In 2017, Faith attended the Anatomy Trains Art of Motion program, where they studied Anatomy & Movement Science. This program focused on applying the principles of Anatomy Trains in Motion for bodywork professionals.

In 2016, Faith participated in the International Conference organized by the Pilates Teacher Association, where they got exposed to various aspects of Classic Pilates.

The year prior, in 2015, Faith pursued their training at BASI Pilates, completing the BASI Comprehensive Global Instructor Training program. This program focused on Pilates Corrective Exercise Training on All Studio Equipment, equipping Faith with a comprehensive understanding of Pilates and corrective exercise techniques.

During the same year, Faith also attended a workshop conducted by Professor Karen Clippinger at the Pilates Method Alliance. The workshop focused on Shoulder Mechanics, alignment, and Pilates program design, providing Faith with in-depth knowledge in these areas. Additionally, Faith also completed another workshop by Professor Karen Clippinger at the same institution, which focused on Sacriolliac Function & Pilates Program Design.

Overall, Faith Clements has pursued a range of education and training experiences within the Pilates field, covering topics such as movement theory, rehabilitation, anatomy, corrective exercise, and program design.
