Trevor Vas

Trevor Vas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of TCS, Trevor co-created the Aligned to Achieve (A2A) tool, aimed at enhancing organizational strategic alignment. Additional roles include Strategic Advisor for Triggr and Symphony3, where Trevor focuses on business growth and expansion opportunities. As a Non-Executive Director at PNORS Technology Group, Trevor contributed to significant sales growth and operational improvements. Furthermore, Trevor has a long-standing role as CEO at HCMS, where innovative recruitment solutions were implemented for major organizations in Australia and New Zealand. Previous experience includes founding Resource Solutions in the ANZ region and leading various successful initiatives in recruitment and technology consulting. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology.
