Rebecca Buscombe is a seasoned tax and finance professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Tax and Finance at Flow Power since August 2020 and previously held roles at BDO in Australia as Senior Tax Manager. With extensive experience in tax consulting focused on regulatory reviews, Employment tax, and Superannuation projects across various sectors, Rebecca has demonstrated leadership in driving compliance and strategic initiatives. Prior to these roles, Rebecca owned Petit et Grand, a successful children's clothing boutique, and held senior tax positions at Carlton & United Breweries and KPMG Australia, where significant improvements were made in tax compliance and team effectiveness. Rebecca holds a BA in Business with a focus on Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology.
